Hayden is playing T-Ball this summer and seems to be enjoying it, despite receiving a bloody nose at the first practice while playing a game of tag and running into another boys head. When I asked him if he was excited for his first game, he asked me if he would get a bloody nose then too.
He did pretty well hitting, however, we had to explain to him that when the ball is hit near him he needs to move to try to get it. He'll get the hang of it I'm sure.
Keith had to go to San Diego on a work trip. He left on father's day, but we had a chance to get a picture of all the boys before he left. Arn't they a cute bunch!!! I'm so lucky!!!
I had to throw this in there. I love poppies and have always wanted to plant them. I did this year and here are some in bloom. Aren't they beautiful!!!
Hunter chose to not play Baseball again this year, but was very excited that I signed him up for a Triathlon. He loves, Swimming, Biking & Running so I thought it sounded perfect for him. He had 3 practices, one day for each part and then did it on Sunday. He did amazing. The swimming was the hardest for him (well, he made it the hardest for himself, he'll get it next time) but the rest seemed to be a breeze. He swam 50 yards, biked 2 miles and ran 500 yards. I really think he could have just kept on going. It was very exciting to see him so excited about something. I think I see alot of track and cross country meets in our future.
In other news...Henri is still our comic relief. He is so funny and just knows how to make people laugh. He also has a bit of a temper and loves to use the word "NO!!!". We are working on that.
Hayden loves crafting and creating his own crafts (in fact, he is at the counter right now making
