Hayden has finished up t-ball with the popular ribbon night. He did well this year and had fun. I'm not sure if we should expect another year of baseball next year or not? I guess we will see.
We also had a couple weeks of really hot weather so we had a water park in our back yard for a while, until the wasps chased us out.
Then the rain came and brought with it beautiful cool weather!!! Hayden and Henri enjoyed playing outside in the rain, yes, they were in their PJs.
These last 2 weeks we have been doing swim lessons. All 3 of the boys have done great!!! Henri is really learning and now wants to "do it himself". I hope this just translates to next summer! Oh, and after almost a year, he will finally wear his Mickey towel he got for his Birthday. He loves it now.
And if you remember anything about last year, then you will understand how amazing this picture is!!! Hayden is doing amazing in the pool this year! He is still a bit scared, but the fact that he is getting in and doing things without screaming is great. I'm very proud of his bravery this year!
I didn't get a good picture of Hunter because he doesn't stop moving and is like a fish in the water. He loves it. He asked if he could be in the Olympics when he is older. We'll see about that???
We have done a few fun things on rainy and hot days. This has been one of the favorites. We made a lava lamp. Here are the directions if interested. They loved the entire process.
And built a house/rocket ship/puppet theater etc...
I cannot believe we have less than 3 weeks before school begins. Where has the time gone???
Here are some videos for your enjoyment:

Fun pics - looking forward to seeing you all in person.
There's nothing like a big cardboard box is there??
Love, Auntie Janet
Love the videos - poor little Hayden-but he did it and I'm sure he'll get braver...then there's Hunter - I laughed out loud - seems to be a natural water person. Henri, just too darned cute!

Loved all the pictures and SO enjoyed watching the videos!! I miss those "little boy" days so much! It makes me happy to watch yours! :) I think my favorite part of the lava lamp video was Hayden singing! I was sitting here cracking up - can't even make out what he's saying, but it was quite enthusiastic! LOL!
