Hunter had Water Balloon Day at Wee Ball last week. This is probably the most enthusiastic he has been about Wee Ball, but that's okay.
We also still like to dress up.
We stayed entertained in our house...that's for sure!!!
Mom found this shirt for Hayden and is it ever the truth. I don't know how we are going to break this kid of the habit. I don't know if I can handle it!!!

This weekend we headed to the pool yesterday and both boys did so good. Hunter is learning to hold his breath and float in the water and Hayden, well, he actually walked right into the pool. This is quite an accomplishment. I usually have to hold him the first 15 minutes.
Then Friday night we headed back out to the park for some Putt Putt Golf. Hunter did pretty well. Hayden didn't have quite as much patience. This is the first hole...I don't think he tried any others. He did throw his brother's ball into the water towards the end and I didn't know if Hunter was going to make it!
Okay, I have to add the cometary here...Hunter's words "I can walk under him because he's not real, so he won't poop on me...right?"
Then when we go home, we put Hayden's crib in Hunter (correction: the boy's room). They are officially sharing a room. It went okay, we will see how nap time goes. Life has definitely changed!!!
Last weekend was bitter sweet. We had Grandma Rodino's Auction. It was so great to see most of the family but I have to say it was strange seeing people rummaging through all Grandma's stuff, but it's over now and we got the pieces we wanted so I was happy about that. I will get some pictures of that weekend, but they are on my mom's camera, I forgot mine, or I may steal some from Jacinda when she get's them up on facebook. Keep enjoying Summer...if you can with this heat...this is when I start getting ready for Fall.

I came over here just after looking at the pictures from the auction that Jacinda posted on FB. Thanks for the laughs. I was feeling a little weepy and ended up laughing out loud at Hayden's picture in the cowboy boots, Hunter's comment about the giraffe and the video at the end. Love you all!
Looks like you are having a wonderful summer!! When it was time to break my Livy of the binky habit ( did it a little after three cause I didn't want to!), and she was quite the binky baby herself, we put it into a Build-a-Bear. She picked out her Bear and we put her binky way down in the foot, so she can still feel it but can't have it... She sleeps with the bear instead! We did that about the month before our new baby came, Livy can still be found "trying" the baby's binky for time to time!! Good Luck!!
