Dr. Hunter

Well, as it typically goes...Life is unpredictable. We had plans to go to the Kite Festival this weekend, which I have been looking forward to since last year. Then last night, after our trip to Culvers and during Hunter & My trip to Wal-Mart, Hunter got a fever. It made a fun trip the Wal-Mart...anyhow, after trying to figure out what was going on this morning, we decided to take him to the Dr. because the fever wasn't going away even with Motrin. Turned out he had a double ear infection and strep throat. So rather than going to the Kite festival, Hunter spent the day on his couch playing with the stethascope the Dr. gave him and he watched about 5 hours of Calliou...hey, it kept him laying down. We are just now hopeing that Hayden isn't getting sick. The Dr. said it's pretty rare for anyone under 2 to get strep, but he had a fever tonight. They are both in bed now, so we will see how much sleep we get tonight.
