Summer's Almost Over...Yeah!!! Part 2

We had a pretty laid back summer.  Well, not really, but Henri didn't seem to notice.

The boys took swimming lessons.  It was not Hayden's favorite thing.  This was how he spent his lesson.  He would not let go for anything.

Hunter was a different story!  He loved it and we are planning on signing him up for swimming this winter once soccer is over.

This was them trying to convince Hayden to go off the diving board.  He didn't.

We did get out from time to time.  The boys enjoyed a little mini-golf.

Henri enjoyed his time spent at Hayden's Wee-Ball

Henri also experienced his first big injury.  The poor guy fell head first off  Dad & Mom's steps and got quite a scratched up face.  He healed very quickly, but it is still scared pretty bad.

The boys also had fun helping Poppy at the "Henri's Harvest" stand at the farmer's market.

We had a good summer.  It flew by with the hot weather and all that was going on I felt like I blinked and it was over.  We are all looking forward to fall and are having fun making our house our own.  Life is getting into a flow and Hayden will be starting his first year of pre-school next week.  I don't know what I'm going to do with myself when I only have one for 2 hour, 3 days a week.  I'm sure I'll find some way to pass my time.  Fall, here we come!!!!

Oh my gosh, poor little Henri. I'm so glad he didn't get hurt worse and is healing quickly - very scary!!
Then there's the terrified Hayden - I can feel for him - BUT swimming is something I feel every kid should learn to do - won't be long and they'll all be like fish.

Again - they are just such adorable boys...
