Let me Explain...

Sorry for the major delay in posting.  As you may have guessed, our world has been a bit crazy to say the least.  So it is true, we sold our home and bought a new one.  It was a very quick decision.  We decided to put it on the market Sunday, April 22nd, it went on Tuesday April 24th and sold Sunday, April 29th.  In the mean time, we went looking in our subdivision and found a home For Sale By Owner.  We went a took a look at it Saturday the 28th and really liked it, but didn't want to do anything not knowing how long it would take for our house to sell.  The week it was on the market was crazy.  I'm so glad it was only a week and feel for people whose houses are on the market for long periods of time, especially those with Children!!!  One day we had 3 showings, I had a sick kid and babysitting kids.  It was good times.  Oh well, can't complain.  So, anyhow, Sunday at 8:00 in the morning we got a call with an offer.  We our on are way to church and were trying to buy some time.  They came with a decent offer so their wasn't much negotiating, except for my Washer & Dryer, which I got to keep.  So, once that was all settled, we decided, we might as well put an offer in on the house we found and after a small amount of negotiations it was done.  So there you have it.  In less than a weeks time we decided to put our house on the market, sold and bought a new home.  I would say God's timing had alot to do with that.

In case you are wondering...so why did we, all of the sudden decide to sell our house?  We are starting foster classes to get our foster parenting license in June and have the intentions to adopt a little girl at some point, if that is Gods plan for our family, so we thought a slightly bigger home may be nice.  We are excited to see what it in store for our family and so far even in this process God seems to be leading, so we will see where he takes us next...
