Day 23 we read Matthew 25 and discussed being prepared for Christs return again. It is so neat to hear Hunter explain to us what he is understanding when we read. Hayden is still not overly interested, but will sit and listen for the most part.
The boys also decorated their cookies for Santa tonight. They had fun. I didn't even "help" them as I so often do. I let them have at it all by themselves. Don't worry, I won't be serving them at Christmas. These are only for Santa & the reindeer!

I don't know why but this picture made me laugh. Not sure what was going through Hayden's mind.
At this moment, Hunter says, "Hayden, you better not pout or cry, Santa's comming!" I had to take a picture of Hayden's pouting face. He didn't want to be done with the cookies!
here are teh boys finshed product. I have to point out rudolph's cookie. It is the red circle with the white spot. That is rudolph's nose and Hunter had to put the white spot for the shiney spot as well as sparkly sugar. That kids cracks me up!
