Henri's Head...

We took Henri to the Dr. for his 4 month check up and the Dr. felt he had a flat spot on his head and suggested that we take him for physical therapy to help him turn his head to the left better in order to avoid him wearing a helmet. So the next week I took him to the physical therapist and she took one look at him and said she would recommended the helmet. She felt his condition was moderate border-lining sever. Okay, that sounds much worse than it really is. This condition should cause no health problems, it is mostly cosmetic, but we figured we might as well get it taken care of sooner rather than later so on next Friday we get to take him for his first head scan...this sounds like so much fun!!! Anyhow, if you look at the pictures, on the right side you can see how is head has a flat spot, then kind-of bumps up. It is hard to capture in pictures...that's what we are trying to fix. We will see how it goes.
It was caused from this, he loves to look to the right...
But, I working on making him sleep on his left side now. We will see if it helps at all. We also get to do fun stretches with him, which the first few days he didn't mind, but now he doesn't like them at all. Life is always exciting with kids...Until next time
Sweet Dreams...

One of my nephews wore a helmut for about 6 months. It did help and he didn't seem to mind it once he was used to it. Hope all goes well! You're all in our prayers.
