Mexico...It's Hot There...

Keith and I had a wonderful time in Mexico. It was very relaxing. We didn't do to much other than a little snorkeling. Other than that we hung out on the beach. I read an entire book, which is really exciting to me.
This was the view we had. they had a beautiful pool too, but we didn't understand why you would want to sit by the pool when you had the beach 5 feet away. It was very relaxing and beautiful.
This is the sunrise the day we left. It was really pretty even with the clouds.
There are not many pictures of Keith and I but here is one after dinner one night. The food was pretty good. It wasn't like food here, but we were never hungry by any means.
I had to get a picture of Keith in his old man hat.

This is how we spent most of our time.
This is the path that lead to our room and the beach.
We saw these things everywhere. They were like squirles. One day there was one just staring at me with his mouth open while I at pizza. It was kind of creepy.
This was the view from our terrace. It was really beautiful. So like I said we went snorkeling. That was fun, other than the minute Keith got in the water he lost his wedding ring. So that kind of got his trip off to a bad start. But we had a good time. We snorkeled then headed to a Cenote, which is like a cave with water and we snorkeled in that. While snorkeling we saw a barracuda, 2 sting ray and a turtle and alot of cool fish and coral. It was really neat. We were going to go to the Mayan Ruins, but Keith ended up getting a little sick that day, but that was okay, we went to the beach for a while then went back the room, ordered room service for dinner and watched TV. That doesn't happen around here (especially the room service), so it was nice. We snorkeled a bit on the beach were we were staying and saw some cool fish there too.
There were also fish that if you took bread or bananas they would eat out of your hand. We had schools of fish swimming all around us. It was really pretty cool.
We watched some live music after dinner most nights and one night we went to a show. Other than that, that was about it. The travel went really well, which made the trip much better for me as I hate traveling. We were very happy to be home and see the boys. They did
great the whole time from what we heard and had alot of fun. Thanks Grandpa & Grandma and Poppy & Boppy! Hope you're ready for next year...Just Kidding!
